David M. Richter

Mr. Richter is a serial entrepreneur with over twenty five years of progressive management, strategic planning, business development, and operations experience.

He is an active and well-respected member of the Kansas City business community, having served as Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Silicon Prairie Technology Association, Founding Chair of the ITKC Steering Committee, member of the Board of Trustees for the Kansas City Museum/Science City at Union Station, and facilitator for the Kauffman FastTrac TechVenture and NewVenture programs. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for E Learning Creations, Inc. and sits on the Advisory Boards of Creative Courseware, Inc., DigiRace, and Sprout Systems, Inc.

Mr. Richter holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
